Project
Construction of our eighth development project, Villa City View, was launched in 2013. The unique character of this project comes from its exceptional location. Towering above the left bank of the Vltava in a residential area near Dívčí hrady in Prague 5, it offers views of nearly the entire city of Prague.
The project provides 8 luxury flats on 3 floors with layouts ranging from 3 to 4 rooms plus a kitchenette, with floor space from 87 m2 to 120 m2. The exterior is a combination of simple smooth white plaster with large windows, large black glass cladding and wooden panels.
